As Buyer's Representatives, we provide buyers and investors with a broad range of information on properties that fit your unique criteria. We assimilate this information and present only those properties which best match your particular needs.

A Buyer's Representative is just that - a representative. We remove the need for you to be involved in direct, face-to-face negotiations. This keeps you away from the heat of negotiations, and saves you valuable time to spend working on acquisition strategies or running your business.

Buyer's Representatives can also work in the capacity of a trustee or assign, allowing you to remain anonymous if desired.

As your representative, it is our responsibility to:

	Use diligence in locating suitable property for you to purchase
	Assist you in negotiating the purchase of suitable property
	Use our best efforts to procure the purchase of suitable property on terms acceptable to you
	Represent your interests in the transaction

There is flexibility in the compensation structure for the Buyer's Representative. Compensation can take the form of a traditional commission factored into the purchase price and paid directly by the seller. Or we can arrange an agency agreement whereby you compensate the Buyer's Representative directly.
